WI-FI DETAILS:

Wifi network name & Wifi password are located at the bottom of the router.

ELECTRICITY:

Kindly note that there is no electricity (lights, appliances apart from the fridge) at the house, if the card that comes with your keys is not inserted in the proper slot on the wall (as soon as you come in the house, to the left of the door).

AIR CONDITIONING:

Please be aware that in order for the air conditioning unit to work, all doors & windows must be properly closed. In different cases, the unit will not start.

Please do not leave the unit switched on when you leave, both for environmental reasons as well as for a risk of fire. The unit is able to cool the room within 5-10 minutes so there is no reason for it to work for hours when you are away.

LINENS & TOWELS:

You will find linens & towels at the clothes rack (one set per person for 4 days).

GARBAGE:

There is a garbage bin (white) and a recycle bin (blue) outside, at the back of the house. You can move your garbage there from your indoor garbage bin so we can collect them.

POOL & GARDEN MAINTENANCE:

Pool and garden maintenance by a member of our staff takes place daily between 20:00-21:00.

WATER:

Since the state does not provide enough water every day, please try to consume it sparingly.

TOILET:

Please do not through paper or any other object in the toilet basin; in different cases there is a chance of a serious drains problem that may require a plumber, payable by the guest.

KEYS:

Please be aware that in case you lose the keys to the house, there is a surcharge of 60 EUR, payable by cash at the accommodation.
